Doug Ulman

Doug Ulman is a three-time cancer survivor and national cancer survivorship advocate. Formerly the president and chief executive officer of the LIVESTRONG Foundation, he also founded the Ulman Cancer Fund for Young Adults, a nonprofit organization to provide support, education and resources to young adults, their families and friends affected by cancer. As CEO of Pelotonia, he oversees the group's objective to fund life-saving cancer research through its three-day experience that includes a weekend of cycling, entertainment and volunteerism. Pelotonia is able to direct 100 percent of every rider-raised dollar to cancer research at The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center – James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Institute. Ulman also serves as chairman of the National Cancer Institute Director’s Consumer Liaison Group and sits on the Google Health Advisory Board. He is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology and co-founder of the LIVESTRONG Young Adult Alliance.
